Grounding In Truth: building trust and discussing your challenges and the impact of indignities
2nd Session
Naming The Truth: Learning the language of oppression and validating the harm you’ve experienced
3rd Session
Speaking Your Truth: Call back your power, what do you need to demand and from who?
4th Session
Protecting Your Truth: Create meaningful self-care practices to carry you through your most vulnerable and brave moments
5th Session
Holding Your Truth: Make a sustainable plan incorporating the inspiration, support, and knowledge from circle

Pricing is on a sliding scale to honor access and equity.
Category A ($500-250)
Meet basic needs with ease: paying rent(by choice), mortgages, or other bills (including owning commercial or rental properties) and are currently employed. You have savings, investments, inherited money, or retirement accounts and can travel recreationally. You work part time by choice and have more possible earning power due to being able bodied, holding degrees, social capital, gender, and race.
Category B ($250-150)
Occasional stress in meeting basic needs but still able to fulfill them. Have housing stability, manageable debt, discretionary disposable income. You know people or have family you can ask for money.
Category C ($50-0)
Frequent stress meeting basic needs, live in low-income housing or have housing instability, unemployed or required government assistance, supporting dependents.
